DLS Diversion Program

The DLS Diversion Program was established by the Legislature in 2011 and requires the court administrator, court diversion programs, and the Department of Motor Vehicles to work cooperatively in an effort to assist Vermonters who have a suspended operator's license to regain their license through participation in the DLS Diversion Program.

If you have received a notice from the Department of Motor Vehicles or feel you are eligible to participate in this program, please call us and we will begin the process of determining eligibility.
